Through the website steamcenter.gr we try to inform and communicate with parents and children interested in our educational programs, always recognizing the importance of the issue of Personal Data security. For this reason, we have taken all necessary measures, using the most modern and advanced methods, to ensure maximum security. All information, which relates to the personal data of users, is secured as confidential in compliance with the applicable legislation on the safeguarding of personal data.
We will never sell, rent, or distribute in any other way or make your personal information public.

- Monitoring traffic
Like most websites, this one uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user activity. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our websites, and to see their journey through the site.

- Application forms
In case you choose to fill in one of the application forms that we post on aitiseis.steamcenter.gr to participate or be informed about one of our actions, the data we collect are exclusively those listed in the respective application form. The time for which they remain stored is always the minimum possible for the smooth conduct of the action and in any case is indicated in the application itself.
None of the data you provide will be transferred or processed by any third-party data processor. This data will only be sent to our teachers and/or our secretariat by an e-mail message via SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol). Our SMTP servers are protected by TLS security protocol, which means that email content is encrypted using 256-bit SHA-2 encryption before being sent over the internet. Email content is decrypted by our local computers and devices. In addition, our email platform is hosted by Microsoft, which is fully GDPR compliant.
How we store your personal information
Where, as described above, some personal information is stored in this website’s database, this is done in an encrypted manner. That is, the data requires additional processing using a separately stored “key” before it can be used to identify an individual, as required by GDPR.
Procedure for requesting erasure of personal data
We provide website users with the opportunity to request the removal of their personal data by sending us an email with the subject “Delete personal data” to email@example.com. Once this happens, within one month, your data will be completely deleted.
Application (According to Art. 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR))
To request a report under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the procedure we follow is as follows:
Submit your request via email with the subject line “Report and send data” to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the address is valid and belongs to an active user, we will send you a confirmation email.
If your personal data report is valid and valid, and if it is a valid and active user, you will receive your personal data report by email within 1 month.
All web traffic (file transfer) between this website and your browser is encrypted and transferred via the HTTPS protocol.
