None of the data you provide will be transferred or processed by any third-party data processor. This data will only be sent to our teachers and/or our secretariat by an e-mail message via SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol). Our SMTP servers are protected by TLS security protocol, which means that email content is encrypted using 256-bit SHA-2 encryption before being sent over the internet. Email content is decrypted by our local computers and devices. In addition, our email platform is hosted by Microsoft, which is fully GDPR compliant.

How we store your personal information

Where, as described above, some personal information is stored in this website’s database, this is done in an encrypted manner. That is, the data requires additional processing using a separately stored “key” before it can be used to identify an individual, as required by GDPR.

Procedure for requesting erasure of personal data

We provide website users with the opportunity to request the removal of their personal data by sending us an email with the subject “Delete personal data” to info@steamcenter.gr. Once this happens, within one month, your data will be completely deleted.
